有天孙子打翻了她熬了两小时的汤，儿子皱着眉说“妈你怎么这么不小心”，她突然就红了眼眶。那天她坐在阳台，看着楼下的花草发了一下午呆，后来跟我说：“我总想着顾全大局，顾着家里人，可谁顾过我啊？”

其实咱们身边，太多人都是这样。一辈子忙着照顾父母、迁就伴侣、扶持孩子，唯独把自己，放在了最后一位。别人说“你应该怎样”，我们就点头“我应该”；别人说“你不能任性”，我们就收起脾气“我不任性”。可忘了，玫瑰之所以动人，不只是因为它的花香，更是因为它有保护自己的刺。

以前总觉得，“温柔”是对别人的包容，“懂事”是对生活的妥协。现在才明白，真正的温柔，是分人的；真正的懂事，是有底线的。

我有个朋友，前几年跟婆婆闹矛盾，婆婆总挑她毛病，说她“不会持家”“对孩子不好”。换做以前，她可能会忍，会想着“家和万事兴”，可后来她想通了，忍出来的和睦，不是真的和睦。

那天婆婆又指责她的时候，她没有哭，也没有吵，只是平静地说：“妈，我是这个家的媳妇，不是来受气的。我对这个家的付出，你看在眼里也好，看不到也罢，我问心无愧。你可以提建议，但不能否定我的付出。”

就这一句话，让婆婆愣了很久。后来婆媳关系反而缓和了，婆婆知道她有底线，不再随意刁难，反而多了些尊重。

朋友说：“我不是变凶了，是学会了爱自己。连自己都不护着自己，别人怎么会把你当回事呢？”
