从今天起，我要让所有人都忘记我的存在，忘记我的曾经，我的故事和我世俗里的名字。从今天起，我要练习一件事：消失。不是那种悲壮的、决绝的消失。是那种悄悄的、慢慢的、像退潮一样不留痕迹的消失。

我要让所有人都忘记我的存在。忘记我在人群中说过的那些话——有些是对的，有些是错的，有些只是当时想说而已。话随风散了就好，不必刻成碑文，不必被反复提起，更不必在多年后被拿来佐证我是一个怎样的人。

忘记我的曾经。那些高光时刻，那些至暗时分，那些爱与被爱的纠缠。曾经再重，也是已经翻过的书页。我不需要任何人记得我翻过第几页，翻得好看不好看。

忘记我的故事。我的故事没有主角光环，没有跌宕起伏，不过是一个普通人在普通的时代里普通的挣扎。这样的故事，人人都有，不值得被传颂，只值得被活过。

忘记我世俗里的名字。名字是个好东西，可也是个牢笼。这个名字被人喊了太多次，喊得我差点以为那就是全部的我——这个名字的人该这样活，该那样做，该对得起别人的期待。可我知道，真正的我没有名字，也装不进任何一个名字的壳子里。

从今天起，我要让所有人都忘记这些。听起来像是一种失去，可我觉得，这是一种得到。当所有人都忘记我的名字，我才终于可以做那个无名的人。无名的人可以在清晨的菜市场慢慢挑一把青菜，不怕被人认出。无名的人可以在黄昏的江边坐很久很久，不怕被人问起心事。无名的人可以哭，可以笑，可以发呆，可以不解释，因为根本不需要解释给谁听。

真正的自由，原来是不被看见。不被看见，也就不被期待。不被期待，也就不必扮演。不必扮演，那个藏在名字后面很久很久的、真正的我，才敢探出头来，喘一口气。

从今天起，我要活成一阵风。风来过，树叶响过，可没人记得风的样子。风又来了，这一次它吹过你身边，你只觉得舒服，却想不起上一次也是它。
