1. Coca Cola

It was introduced in 1886. Its 17 percentmarket shareis higher than Pepsi and Mountain Dew combined.

Fun fact:Coca Cola was the first soft drink in outer space.

毋庸置疑，1886年入市的可口可乐凭借它17%的市场份额，完胜百事和山露的市场总额。

2. Pepsi

It was introduced in 1898. Since the 1980s it has been aiming at the younger generation.

百事可乐

1898年入市的百事就一直是可口可乐的强大对手。从20世纪80年代开始，它针对的客户群就是年轻人。

3. Mountain Dew

It was introduced in 1948. It focuses on teenagers. It's been connected with fast times, all-night video games and extreme sports. Do you know mountain dew is a slang term for "moonshine?"

1948年引入市场。对象：青少年。市场总是把这款饮料和“快速、整晚电子游戏、极速运动” 等疯狂的主题连在一起。你可知道这个品牌的名字是“月光”的俚语表达方式？

成龙还曾经为这款产品打过广告。好玩的是每个广告的结尾都有这款汽水的经典台词：DO THE DEW! （下面这个广告相信大家在国内也常看到。）

5. Ginger Ale

Ginger alewas first invented in 1851 in Ireland, but modern-styleginger alecame about many years later in 1907 when Canadian John McLaughlin invented it and iteventuallybecame Canada Dry.

6. Sprite

Sprite was introduced in 1961. It's the Coca Cola Company beverage, created to compete with 7 Up. It is marketed with more forceful slogans ("Obey your thirst!) alongside popular NBA players and hip-hop stars.

7. 7 Up

This product was first marketed in 1929. The name 7 Up is due to its seven natural flavors blended in the drink.

8. Fanta

It was introduced in 1941. It was orginally created in Germany, the second product developed by Coca Cola Company. Fanta does well in Europe, Africa and especially Latin countries. Do you know the name is taken from the German word for fantasy? It is now available for 100 flavors!

9. root beer

Root beer was sold in confectionery stores since the 1840s, and It possibly was combined with soda as early as the 1850s. Most of the drink is non-alcoholic. It was marketed as an energy drink.

不要看到beer就认为是啤酒哦。这款饮料从19世纪40年代开始在糖果店售卖。19世纪50年代和苏打饮料混合在一起。这款饮料大部分都是不含酒精的。这款产品被包装为“运动饮料”进行宣传。
