元气满满的一天当然要从一顿丰盛的早餐开始啦~

早餐最最常见的就是鸡蛋，但是点餐时问到“How would you like your eggs？”时该怎么办…？溏心蛋要怎么说？我想吃蛋黄老一点的该怎么讲？炒鸡蛋好好吃但是要怎么点？

今天我们就从早餐点鸡蛋这看似简单但却又并不那么容易的这方面出发吧~

1Boiled eggs=水煮蛋

Server: How would you like your eggs?

服务生: 您的鸡蛋需要怎么做？

Timmy: I would like my eggs boiled.

蒂米: 我想要水煮蛋。

Server: Hard boiled or soft boiled?

服务生: 老一些还是溏心？

Timmy: Soft boiled eggs, please.

蒂米: 溏心蛋谢谢。

2Fried eggs=煎鸡蛋

a) Sunny side up

If eggs look like this. ↑↑↑

如果鸡蛋看起来像这样。

Then they are called “Sunny side up”. The yellow part facing up, just like the sun in the morning.

就会被叫做“太阳蛋”。生蛋黄的一面朝上，就像是早上刚初升的太阳。

b) Over easy & Over hard

You can also order your eggs “Over easy” or “Over hard”, that means the eggs have been flipped.

你也可以点“半熟蛋”或“全熟蛋”，意味着煎蛋被翻了个面儿。

Over easy↑↑↑

The egg just been flipped for a short time.

鸡蛋只翻面儿煎了一会儿。

Over hard↑↑↑

The egg has been flipped for a while until the yolk is hard.

蛋黄直接翻面儿煎到熟。

3那么像鸡蛋加香肠的早餐套餐中的“炒鸡蛋”怎么说呢？
