The Guangzhou Tourism Bureau has introduced 10 special travel routes with themes such as four seasons, beautiful countryside, modern city and the Maritime Silk Road. The routes were announced during a tourism promotional event held May 19, China National Tourism Day.
They encompass popular ancient and modern scenic spots across the city, as well as 'best-kept-secret sites' that are beloved by the locals.
