1. Crunch Time 关键时刻

释义：the period of time just before a project has to be completed and everyone has to work hard.

例句：I am not getting enough sleep these days. It is crunch time at work.这段时间我一直睡不够，因为最近是工作项目中的关键时刻。

2. Let your freak flag fly 脱颖而出，让别人刮目相看

释义：to let others see your uniqueness

例句：My colleagues were surprised at the Christmas party, I let my freak flag fly and showed them a break dance routine 圣诞晚会上我跳了霹雳舞，我的同事们都惊呆了，顿时对我刮目相看。

释义：when you lose control of things, they get out of hand.
