We have a tremendous amount of respect for China and her people. Short Answer:For the law abiding citizens there is nothing to be concerned. More respect you have for their law, citizens, property and monuments more respect, you will get back. This equation is simplest equation more respect you put in more you get out and you have to give respect to get it.

We never had any issue or any problem visiting China, we both kept this golden rule to mutual respect in mind andnever looked back.We did not have any problem with any civil servant, service provider, public, shops andgeneral interaction security guards, police, cab drivers, airline staff in flight or at the airports.

A word of caution:Some of the things could be very disturbing to some people, but as China is progressing and I am sure, those things will improve with time.

We totally concentrated on the positive things and ignored the other some disturbing stuff(related mostly to personal habits and behavior of the Chinese).This country is transferring rural to urban, agricultural to an industrial and service based economy. Therefore, a massive influx of people is moving to the cities, some of the things are entrenched in the systems it will take time to improve.

1.Say no to drugs:China is relatively low on drugs, and it took present Government to bring it to this level.The Chinese know first hand what narcotics can do it to you. Therefore it is no secret if any foreigner is caught playing with fire, he/she may have a rough time to come back to a home country in time.

4.Nightclub behavior:That cute China doll may have a boyfriend in another corner, she may flirt with you, but boyfriend may be the 8th-degree black belt. But now you are visiting new China, number one economy in the world. ·Not too much thank you: They do not expect thank you for everything, they take it is their duty/responsibility they do not expect anything even thank you.
