2月11日,杭州海关隶属钱江海关关员在杭州邮路口岸查验时,从一批进境邮包中查获核辐射有害因子超标的宾得古董胶卷相机1台、镜头2个。这也是杭州海关首次在邮路口岸截获核辐射有害因子超标相机及镜头。

3月23日,乘坐泰国航空公司TG612航班的一名泰国籍男性旅客,在入境检测时其随身携带物品放射性超标报警。经现场检验检疫人员排查,发现是其照相机镜头放射性超标,但剂量没有超过国家质检总局规定的上报标准。经询问,该相机镜头是这位旅客于2010年底在中国香港购买的二手货。

那么什么镜头有辐射,为什么有辐射呢?

在上世纪四十至七十年代,不少镜头都采用了「氧化钍」(thorium oxide) 作为镜片的组成材料(占重量30%),这物质类似于氟化钙(萤石),具有高折射率和低色散性质,能够有效减少色差及用减少镜片曲率,而且造价也便宜。随着微单的兴起,不少老镜头可以转接到微单相机上,这一类镜头又开始活跃起来。
