2019年6月5日，南京绿地洲际酒店于开业九周年庆典之际首次邀请来自洲际集团客座主厨Nick Trezise先生与Jason Ng先生共同演绎异国经典料理，并融入创新手法，在位于酒店78楼的云端西餐厅为贵宾献上风格独具的魅力佳肴，得到广大金陵食客的一致好评。

5th June 2019 Jiangsu China –InterContinental Nanjing celebrated the 9th Anniversary and invited InterContinental Insider Guest Chef team, Mr. Nick Trezise from InterContinental Perth City Centre and Mr. Jason Ng from InterContinental Wellington to present the highly recommended dishes at Prime Restaurant of InterContinental Nanjing for Nanjing guests and media.

南京绿地洲际酒店成立九年以来，始终致力于与世界接轨，不定期邀请国外名厨进行交流，本次邀请到来自珀斯市中心洲际酒店主厨Nick Trezise先生与惠灵顿洲际酒店副厨师长Jason Ng先生客座献艺，展开为期一周的盛宴，为金陵食客带来多道创意料理，味蕾巡礼，展艺不凡。
