8月10日-8月11日在珠海举行亚洲公路摩托车锦标赛ARRC，是该项赛事时隔七年之久重返中国赛场。珠海站的比赛，除了ARRC独有的4个组别外，还有一个定位比较平民化的赛事——ZIC摩托车赛，即王一博参加的赛事。

王一博于2019年1月1日正式宣布签约车队，开启职业赛车手生涯，并于本周末（8月10日-8月11日）随车队前往珠海参加ZIC摩托车赛，一举获得2019亚洲公路摩托车锦标赛新人组双回合冠军。

滴滴出行、美团打车等叫车软件是 car-hailing apps ，提供叫车服务则是 car-hailing service ，那么网约车就可以说 online car-hailing 。

专车是 tailored taxi service ，tailor既是动词又是名词，分别表示“订制；裁缝”，tailored即“量身定制的”。

快车是 fast ride ，而顺风车是 free ride/lift 。

拼车是 carpool ， carpooling/car-sharing/ride-sharing/lift-sharing 。

在打车过程中，偶尔会遇到司机拒载或取消订单的情况，拒载的英文表达是 refuse （to take）a passenger 。

通常在停车的地方会有一个标志牌，上面写着一个大写的P，它就是parking的缩写。大部分人看到park，第一时间会想到“公园”，其实park还可以做动词，表示“停车，泊车”。而parking是名词，可以指“停放车辆”“停车位，停车处”的含义。
