《航海王：狂热行动》是由尾田荣一郎负责原作和监修的日本动画电影，是为纪念《航海王》动画开播二十周年的特制纪念剧场版，与之前的作品相较有着更加深刻的含义。2019年8月9号登陆日本院线。上映时便收获了一众影迷的大力支持，上映首日，观影人数更是高达35.6万，位列日本2019年上映电影首日观影人数第一位。

《航海王：狂热行动》口碑票房双丰收的海外表现着实令内地影迷更添期待。北京时间10月18号，该部影片登陆中国内地院线，目前豆瓣评分高达8.1。影片以海贼、海军、革命军争夺霸权的祭典“海贼世博会”为舞台展开故事，路飞等人此次面临的强敌是罗杰海贼团前成员——巴雷特。

影片中故事的背景是在只有海贼可以参加的集会——“海贼世博会”上，众多海贼们趋之若鹜，为争夺神秘宝藏展开斗争。当然，影片的主角——草帽海贼团也来到了“海贼世博会”，这次路飞等人不仅要面对汹涌而来的海贼，还要面对劲敌道格拉斯·巴雷特。

第二阶段则是海贼、海军、革命军和王下七武海组成的联盟与魔王巴雷特对战，随着剧情发展，菲斯特企图想要引发大混战最终引出屠魔令将现有的安定格局打破开启一个全新的大乱斗海贼时代的阴谋诡计浮现，这时海军开始包围小岛，计划直接毁灭小岛。不过最终路飞和他的联盟还是合力将巴雷特打倒，并且得到了通往拉夫德鲁的永久指针，可是我们的主角路飞偏偏不走寻常路，在众目睽睽之下毁掉了指针，结束了这场混战。

截止到2019年，《航海王》动画已经开播整整二十周年了。

对于粉丝而言，《航海王:狂热行动》的上映并不是一次普通的剧场版动画上映，而是对二十年来所有成长、梦想、陪伴和青春的回顾。
