年会/ 年度宴会/晚宴

Annual一年一度的，每年的。这种年会在一年中的任何时候都可以举办，不一定只在年末。dinner是比较正式的“晚宴”，相比之下party会稍微轻松一些。

因此，用year-end party来表示“年终聚会/年会”, 会更为准确一些。
