In order to enhance the openness and transparency of legislation and furthermore improve the quality of legislation, the Ministry of Justice published the full text of the regulations of the People's Republic of China on the administration of permanent residence of foreigners (Draft Version) on February 27th to solicit opinions from all sectors of society.
