1.烤串

Roasted 、Broiled、 Grilled在烧烤英语中的不同用法
Roasted通常指用烤炉慢慢烤，不是明火直接烤，肉块儿偏大。Grilled一般指明火烤，烤的速度最快，肉块儿较小。而
broiled则是广义的烧、烤，其意义涵盖了roast和grilled。
