绿意浓浓惹人恋，盛夏美景更胜春。2020年8月3日星期一，是2020崇德模拟联合国的第二日，随着代表们渐渐代入角色，国与国的关系愈加微妙，如棋场博弈，每一步的举动都必须如履薄冰般小心。

他们每个人的眼神中都透露出自信，每一句话都洋溢着热情，他们就像一位军师，每时每刻都深思熟虑，从容不迫；他们就像一位演说家，一仰一顿都十分流利，无懈可击，正体现了青大附中育人目标中的“国际视野、民族情怀”。

“在生命之中，既有繁华也有宁静，真正精彩的生命总能找到平衡，因此我们需要保持理智而又不失感情。”他们带领着世界一步一步的向山峰之巅走去；记者们铿锵有力的报道，抨击人心的提问，都在点点滴滴中都折射出青附人超强的“科学素养、人文底蕴”。

在中文常规委员会上，各个国家的代表都积极踊跃的展开讨论，对于假药的产出，代表们就建立一个新的国际组织来防止假药传播，真药专利及合法的问题等议题进行讨论，用他们活跃的思维，清晰的表达，他们的眼里仿佛有光芒，与他人碰撞出热情的火花。英文常规委员会着眼核武器的限制与核裁军，代表们用英语交流，讨论了朝鲜半岛无核化问题，伊朗核问题，中导条约和反导条约、印巴核武器等国际热点。中文特别委员会就疫情疫苗研发责任进行了细密的思辨，他们是努力散发自身光芒的金子，他们是狂风的日子里卷起的浪，他们是晴朗日子里闪亮的波，不改的是奔流的本色！

改变这东西，是有时间期限的。不要期待一个刺激就可以顺利地改变你，一个人的动力归根结底只能来源于自己。你只有换着法子地激励自己，直到它变成你血液的一部分。你只有不停跌倒，才能学会怎样用自己的力量站在大地上。无论你是第一次参会的“萌新”，或是已与模联相识已久的“前辈”，都会在参会的过程中遭遇困境，都会在国家与国家间的的公关中出现问题，也都会在代表与代表间的人际关系中出现矛盾。也许你会不知所措，也许你会情绪崩溃，也许你会愧疚无奈，也许你会后悔你曾经做过的某些决定，但无论如何，矛盾是永远都可以被化解的。没有永远的朋友，当然，也没有永远的宿敌。国家和国家间如此，人与人间亦是如此。无论是在参会过程中，还是平日生活中，希望我们永远记住这句话。少一分戾气，多一分包容；少一分敌对，多一分友好。希望在接下来仅剩的一天会期中，代表们可以续写辉煌，不负众望，野蛮生长，扬帆远航！

今年是第三次参加模联，心里感慨万千，看到许许多多的模联人踊跃的发言，我也被深深的触动。模联从各个方面都会对代表进行锻炼，无论你是第一参加的萌新，还是参加四五次的老模联人，都能够学习到受益终身的东西。每次在面对危机和利益冲突的时候，你举起国家牌的那一刻，你就是这个国家的代表，这个国家在国际上的形象，我想这也就是模联的迷人之处。

再次参与崇德模联，这里的一切唤醒了我的回忆。与各位代表一起竞争，一起辩论，一起为自己的国家谋取最大利益，使我懂得了一个代表所肩负的使命与责任。我将在模联的大家庭里感受到自己的价值。

2020年八月初，我有幸参加了第七届崇德模拟联合国，在中文特别组担任俄罗斯联邦代表一职，就最近发生的新冠疫情与后续疫苗研发问题进行讨论。所谓一名首次参会的“萌新”，会期第一天还是有些慌张。当我看到到学长学姐们在会场上的从容流畅、挥斥方裘，极力为自己代表的国家争取利益，难免心潮澎湃，决心好好修炼这“发言的艺术”。经过一段时间的锻炼，我渐渐摸清了模联的“套路”，也敢于在会场上勇敢地发言，去各处搜寻资料，全力维护自己国家的利益。这也培养了我的国际思维。我很感谢模联，给我一个成长的机会。

模联，对我而言曾经是一个陌生的词，直到今年暑假接触到模联。在本次模联活动中，我收获颇丰。首先，我结识到了许多志同道合的模联人。从他们身上我看到了出色的演讲能力，也看到了对政治对经济方面的深度了解，更看到了他们对于模联的热情。其次，模联锻炼了我的语言表达能力。我从说话时怯生生到敢于表达自己、乐于表达自己，从演讲时的卡顿紧张到从容自信，都是模联所给予的。总而言之，此次模联让我感受颇深，也希望模联将越办越好！

In this summer full of enthusiasm and passion, I participated in the annual Chongde MUN activity with the same mood and full of excitement.I was a little unfamiliar with the MUN.On the first day of the meeting, it was pouring rain outside the window. A stronger wind would have blown people away, and the cars would have been hard to drive. The country we've been assigned to is the UK. The meeting began. It was the first time for me and my teammates to attend the meeting. We were very careful not to say anything.After minutes, friends have said to me: believe in yourself. So I gathered my courage and took the first step. I held up the card of our country, and at that moment, I felt that I had been entrusted with a mission, for the good of this country, for the peace of the world, which for a moment seemed to rest on my shoulders. The first time to speak, although there are some stumbling, but I think, I broke through myself for the first time.In the subsequent participation, I experienced the pleasure of participating in the activity. In the part I could participate in, I gradually began to dare to raise my hand and speak, which also provided some help to our side in the meeting.This is the next step for me to improve myself in this activity, to break through myself.I feel very happy from being unfamiliar to being able to integrate into this group.It taught me a lot, and I benefited a lot from this activity,I'm sure I'll remember this experience for a long, long time.

I chose the English Standing Committee to participate in the Model United Nations for the first time. One of the main topics of the meeting was the resolution of the Nuclear issue in North Korea, and I was assigned to the forefront of the meeting: North Korea.

Recalling the days before, I kept searching for information, reading every document I could find, imagining the questions my opponents would ask, and even simulating the ABC scheme.

On the first day of the formal meeting, the delegate of the United States and I began a heated debate. In the beginning, I had to look at the prepared speech and I was so nervous that I trembled when I spoke. In the face of many delegates at the same time to ask questions, I hardly had time to respond.

Gradually, I got used to the rhythm of the meeting. I left the prepared speech and decided to give speech without preperation. Because my model country was the convention center, I had to give a speech almost every minute, and all morning I listened to every point each delegate said. In the the Free debate, I stood up immidately after a delegate sat to make my point and had to think of a one-minute speech within seconds. As if I were really a delegate of North Korean, I tried my best to maintain the benefit of North Korea in the Model United Nations.

The model United Nations was a challenge, which brought me unforgettable memories. My impromptu speech and English skills were greatly improved.

这是一个简寻渐进的过程，从原先的不知所措，到一气呵成；从开始的一成不变，到拓展出一种新思路，都是青附人充满澎湃的热情；从被动到主动；从陌生到熟悉，这是成长，是一种模联人的精神！
