奖学金可以在申请硕士项目的过程中直接申请，需要撰写奖学金的个人简述，然后上传至网申系统。
牛津大学硕士项目要求很高，比如金融经济学项目，要求GPA>3.5, GMAT成绩在730以上。所以GPA高，GRE/GMAT成绩出色的同学积极申请此奖学金。
申请截止日期：硕士项目一般截止于1月底，具体项目有具体要求
