The EU has published contingency plans in case of the possible collapse of Brexit trade talks with the UK.
The plans aim to ensure basic UK-EU air and road connectivity, as well as allowing the possibility of fishing access to each other's waters.
They come after talks between UK PM Boris Johnson and EU chief Ursula von der Leyen aimed at ending a deadlock over the deal ended without agreement.
The UK is due to stop following EU trading rules on 31 December 2020.

Codenamed SN8, the uncrewed rocket lifted away from the Boca Chica R&D facility on what had been billed as a brief flight to 12.5km (41,000ft).
The 50m-tall vehicle crashed on touchdown but Mr Musk was delighted with how much the test outing achieved.
Before the flight, the tech billionaire had dampened expectations, warning his fans that some mishap was likely.

The Biden-Harris transition team said the president-elect was "deeply proud of his son".

Malala Maiwand was on her way to work in Jalalabad on Thursday when gunmen opened fire on her vehicle. Her driver, Mohammad Tahir, was also killed.
No group has officially said it carried out the attack.
The killings come after Nato and the EU issued a statement condemning recent targeted killings in Afghanistan.
