1月22日:哔哩哔哩以人民币81.18亿元竞得杨浦滨江一商办地块,折合楼面价每平方米人民币22,600元。该地块东至平定路、南至安浦路,紧邻美团总部地块,总占地面积125,524平方米,建筑面积359,212平方米,容积率3.1-8.3。该地块将建设成为哔哩哔哩总部大楼。
On 22 January: Bilibili acquired a commercial plot in Yangpu Binjiang for RMB8.118 billion or a floor price of RMB22,600 per sqm. Located to the east of Pingding Road and the south of Anpu Road as well as adjacent to the plot of Meituan Headquarters, the plot has a land area of 125,524 sqm and a total GFA of 359,212 sqm with a plot ratio of 3.1-8.3, which will be developed into a building for Bilibili Headquarters.

1月27日:百年人寿以人民币近22亿元收购上海星外滩5号楼,成交建筑面积为25,000平方米,该项目将作为办公自用。星外滩项目位于虹口区北外滩滨江核心区域,由上港集团(600018.SH)与中国金茂(00817.HK)联合打造,总占地面积约30万平方米,总建筑面积约150万平方米。
On 27 January: AEON LIFE acquired Shanghai Star Harbour Tower 5 for approximately RMB2.2 billion with a transacted GFA of 25,000 sqm for self-use. Developed by Shanghai International Port Group (SIPG) (600018.SH) and China Jinmao (00817.HK), the Star Harbour project is located in the core area of the North Bund in Hongkou District with a total land area of approximately 300,000 sqm and a total GFA of 1.5 million sqm.

1月20日:黑石集团宣布,旗下黑石房地产机会型基金已以11亿美元从富力地产集团(02777.HK)收购广州国际机场富力综合物流园。交易完成后,该基金将持有该物流园区的70%股权,富力集团的全资子公司富力地产将持有剩余的30%股权。
On 20 January: Blackstone Group announced that its Blackstone Real Estate Opportunity Fund has acquired the R&F Logistics Park at Guangzhou International Airport from R&F Real Estate Group (02777.HK) for USD1.1 billion. After completing the deal, the fund will hold 70% equity of the logistics park while R&F Real Estate, a wholly-owned subsidiary of R&F Group, will hold the remaining 30%.

1月27日:金融街控股股份有限公司(000402.SZ)发布公告称,公司拟将德胜公司100%股权及债权通过北京产权交易所公开挂牌出售,挂牌起始价格暂定为人民币15.75亿元。北京德胜投资有限责任公司为金融街子公司,目前主要业务为出租运营德胜国际中心部分写字楼和商业。德胜国际中心位于北京市西城区德胜门外大街83号,总建筑面积约22.95万平方米,金融街持有运营德胜国际中心部分面积约3.8万平方米。
On 27 January: Financial Street Holdings (000402.SZ) announced that it planned to sell 100% of Desheng Investment Co. Ltd’s equity and creditor's rights through the Beijing Equity Exchange with the starting price of RMB1.575 billion. Beijing Desheng Investment Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Financial Street Holdings with the main business of leasing and operating the office and retail portion of Desheng International Centre. The project is located at No.83 Deshengmen Outer Street, Xicheng District of Beijing, with a total GFA of approximately 229,500 sqm which includes 38,000 sqm space held and operated by Financial Street Holdings.

1月19日:“顺丰东莞智慧供应链科技创新总部”项目用地成功摘牌。该项目由顺丰控股公司(002352.SZ)在道滘镇投资设立,拟打造集智慧供应链装备研发中心、智慧供应链科技展示体验中心、智慧供应链分拨中心、商务中心、人才中心于一体的区域总部。项目用地约136亩,计划总投资人民币13.1亿元。
On 19 January: The land for "SF Dongguan Intelligent Supply Chain Technology Innovation Headquarters" project was successfully acquired. The project is invested and set up by SF Holding Company (002352.SZ) in Daojiao Town. It is planned to develop into a regional headquarters integrating intelligent supply chain equipment research and development centre, intelligent supply chain technology exhibition and experience centre, intelligent supply chain distribution centre, business centre and talent centre. The project covers an area of about 136 Mu with a total planned investment value of RMB1.31 billion.
北京西单商圈将升级与金融街形成联动

1月26日:西城区委书记近日表示,目前西单商圈改造升级已经提上日程,将与金融街的品质提升形成联动,“这不是简单升级一个商圈的概念,而是服务配套的概念”。2021年,西单商圈不仅将在外观上焕新,商圈存量空间将进行优化整合,引进高端业态、网红店等。整体调整工程预计在2023年完成。
On 26 January: The secretary of the Xicheng District Party Committee recently stated that the renovation and enhancement of the Xidan Retail Area has been put on the agenda, which will form a linkage with the quality improvement of the Financial Street Area. "It does not simply relate to the enhancement of a business district but relate to the concept of ancillary services." In 2021, Xidan Retail Area will be renewed not only in appearance, but also in retail space optimization by introducing high-end retail brands and internet celebrity stores. The whole renovation project is expected to be completed in 2023.
