Ⅰ

Tumor confined to the vulva

肿瘤局限于外阴

ⅠA

Lesions ≤2 cm in size, confined to the vulva or perineum and with stromal invasion ≤1.0 mm a , no nodal metastasis

病灶大小≤2cm，局限于外阴或会阴，并且间质浸润≤1.0 mm a，且无淋巴结转移

ⅠB

Lesions ＞2 cm in size or with stromal invasion >1.0 mm a , confined to the vulva or perineum, with negative nodes

病变大小＞2cm或间质浸润深度＞1.0mm，且病变局限于外阴或会阴，且淋巴结阴性

Ⅱ

Tumor of any size with extension to adjacent perineal structures (lower third of urethra, lower third of vagina, anus) with negative nodes

任何大小的肿瘤伴有邻近的会阴结构侵犯（尿道下1/3、阴道下1/3、肛门）且淋巴结阴性

Ⅲ

Tumor of any size with or without extension to adjacent perineal structures (lower third of urethra, lower third of vagina, anus) with positive inguinofemoral nodes

任何大小的肿瘤伴或不伴邻近的会阴结构侵犯（尿道下1/3、阴道下1/3、肛门）且腹股沟淋巴结阳性。

ⅢA

1. With 1 lymph node metastasis (≥5 mm), or

2. With 1–2 lymph node metastasis(es) (<5 mm)

1.1个淋巴结转移（≥5mm），或

2.1~2个淋巴结转移（＜5mm）

ⅢB

1. With 2 or more lymph node metastases (≥5 mm), or

2. With 3 or more lymph node metastases (<5 mm)

1.2枚或更多淋巴结转移（≥5mm），或

2.3枚或更多淋巴结转移（＜5mm）

ⅢC

With positive nodes with extracapsular spread

Tumor invades any of the following:

1. upper urethral and/or vaginal mucosa, bladder mucosa, rectal mucosa, or fixed to pelvic bone, or

2. fixed or ulcerated inguinofemoral lymph nodes

1. 上尿道和或阴道粘膜、膀胱粘膜、直肠粘膜，或固定于骨盆，或

2. 腹股沟淋巴结固定或溃疡形成

ⅣB

Any distant metastasis including pelvic lymph nodes
