京津冀山下美术馆是在中国共产党建党100周年之际，由昌盛文化有限公司携手中智农业发展有限公司精心构建的旗帜服务性的美术场馆。作为京津冀地区规模性、学术性与专业性的文化交流平台。美术馆坐落于素有“京东第一山”---盘山脚下的智利风情园内,总面积4300平方米。智利风情园就是上海世博会智利国家馆，我们将这件杰出的设计作品移植于盘山休闲旅游景区内，也就成就了山下美术馆的创建故事。
经过2020年和2021年两年的考察与论证历程，由昌盛文化有限公司汪勇先生会同天津众多知名学者、专家、艺术家的研究团队决意将智利国家馆打造成为红色文化艺术基地。将建党的辉煌历史镌刻于这件世界级的艺术当中，即建党100周年的不朽党史与京津冀艺术书画作品的互动元素成为美术馆构建的灵魂。

美术馆作为京津冀文化艺术交流的平台，将定期举办红色主题的专业性文化艺术展览，成为京津冀协同发展的文化服务性机构，带动一带一路的国际间的文化交流，精准定制为大中小学校的美育拓展活动提供宽广的服务空间，产学研一体化创立京津冀文创产品的孕育孵化中心。
美术馆还致力于打造京津冀地区为核心的国家级和省市级书画院专业人才的培育基地，联合知名高校、艺术研究院所及行业协会等联盟合作伙伴，大力发展京津冀地区以及蓟州区的文化艺术发展的可持续性和创新性，成为领军品牌文化艺术机构。

Jing Jin Ji Shanxia Art Museum
The Jing Jin Ji Shanxia Art Museum is a flagship service art venue, carefully constructed by Changsheng Culture Co., Ltd. in cooperation with Zhongzhi Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. on the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Community Party of China(CCP). As a large-scale, academic and professional cultural exchange platform in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The art museum is located in the Chilean style garden at the foot of Panshan Mountain, known as the First Mountain in East Beijing, with a total area of 4,300 square meters. In fact, Chile Style Garden comes from the Chile National Museum of Shanghai Expo. We transplanted this outstanding design work into the leisure tourist attraction of Pan Mountain, which also made the story of the establishment of the Shanxia Art Museum.
After two years of inspection and demonstration in 2020 and 2021, Mr. Wang Yong from Changsheng Culture Co., Ltd., together with a research team of many well-known scholars, experts, and artists in Tianjin, decided to build the Chilean National Pavilion into a red culture and art base. Engrave the glorious history of the founding of the CCP in this world-class art, that is, the interactive elements of the immortal history of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CCP and the art paintings and calligraphy works of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have become the soul of the construction of the museum.

As a platform for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cultural and artistic exchanges, the museum will regularly hold professional cultural and art exhibitions with red themes, and become a cultural service organization for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, driving international cultural exchanges along the “One Belt One Road”. The aesthetic education development activities of primary and secondary schools provide a broad service space, and the integration of production, education and research has established the incubation center for cultural and creative products in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
The Art Museum is also committed to building the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the core of the national and provincial painting and calligraphy academy academies professional talent cultivation base.
