6月28日：凯德集团与中国平安人寿保险签署合作协议，向平安人寿出售中国来福士资产组合的部分股权。本次合作涉及项目包括上海来福士广场、北京来福士中国、宁波来福士广场、成都来福士广场、长宁来福士广场以及杭州来福士中心。平安人寿总投资金额不超过人民币330亿元，该交易预计于2021年第三季度完成。交易完成后，凯德集团对各项目的股权将从交易前通过私募基金持有的30.7%至55%，变更为12.6%至30%。并继续负责该六个项目的运营及管理。

On 28 June: CapitaLand entered into the cooperative agreement with Ping An Life Insurance to sell partial stakes in the portfolio of China Raffles City development including Raffles City Shanghai, Raffles City Beijing, Raffles City Ningbo, Raffles City Chengdu, Raffles City Changning and Raffles City Hangzhou to Ping An Life Insurance. The deal is expected to complete in the third quarter of 2021 and the total consideration will be no higher than RMB33 billion. After this acquisition, CapitaLand will retain an effective stake of 12.6% to 30% in each development from 30.7% to 55% owned through PE fund and continues to operate and manage the six developments.

Blackstone acquires SOHO China for approximately USD3 billion

6月16日：SOHO中国（00410.HK）发布公告称，高盛代表黑石集团发出全面收购要约，将以现金交易的方式收购SOHO中国54.93%股权，交易最高现金代价为港币236.58亿元（约合美金30.48亿元）。收购完毕后，黑石将获得SOHO中国位于北京及上海核心位置项目的权益。

On 16 June: SOHO China (00410.HK) announced that Goldman Sachs on behalf of Blackstone made the offer by cash to acquire 54.93% equity in SOHO China, with the maximum cash consideration of HKD23.658 billion (approximately USD3.048 billion). After this acquisition, Blackstone will have the rights and interests of the projects in the core areas of Beijing and Shanghai.

6月25日：金辉控股（09993.HK）发布公告称，公司的非全资附属公司北京金辉与上海绿地酒旅集团订立股权转让协议。北京金辉以人民币8.6亿元收购上海绿地酒旅集团持有的位于上海虹口区的九龙宾馆的股权。

On 25 June: Radiance Holdings (09993.HK) announced its non-wholly subsidiary, Beijing Jinhui entered into the equity transfer agreement with Shanghai Greenland Hotel and Tourism Group. Beijing Jinhui purchased the equity of Shanghai Jiulong Hotel in Shanghai’s Hongkou District owned by Shanghai Greenland Hotel and Tourism Group for RMB860 million.

6月25日：微软计划在中国新建四个数据中心，增强云服务能力，以扩展其在亚洲的云服务业务。目前，其在中国已有六座数据中心。根据微软引用的文件显示，中国的云计算市场预计将在2023年增长到美金460亿元。

On 25 June: Microsoft plans to build four new data centres in China to enhance the cloud service ability and develop their cloud service business in Asia. Now it already has six data centres in China. According to a document provided by Microsoft, China’s cloud computing market will increase to USD46 billion in 2023.

6月15日：腾讯全球总部大铲湾企鹅岛正式开工。该岛屿规划为“互联网+未来科技城”，总建筑面积达200万平方米，总投资额为人民币318.9亿元。项目分为两期建设，其中一期工程计划于2025年前建成。

On 15 June: Tencent's global headquarters, Dachan Bay, Penguin Island, officially started the construction stage. The island is planned as an "Internet + Future Technology City", with a total GFA of 2 million sqm and a total investment value of RMB31.89 billion. The project is divided into two phases of construction, of which the first phase is planned to be completed before 2025.

6月17日：格美集团与湖北中青国际旅游集团在湖北武汉举行签约仪式，双方将共同成立格美中国文旅康养产业集团有限公司，建设中国文旅康养产业集群。该企业将在未来3到5年的时间内，选择全国10到15个最佳文旅目的地，投资建设世界一流的康养旅居中心。

On 17 June: KOSMOS Group and Hubei China Youth International Tourism Group held a signing ceremony in Wuhan, Hubei Province. The two parties will jointly establish KOSMOS China Cultural Tourism And Health Care Industry Group Co., Ltd., to build the cultural tourism and health care industry cluster in China. The enterprise will choose 10 to 15 best cultural tourism destinations across the country in the next 3 to 5 years, and invest in the construction of world-class health and wellness residence centers.
