万科收购吉宝置业成都项目
Vanke acquires Keppel Land China’s Chengdu project
8月2日:吉宝置业中国宣布透过其子公司成都希瑞房地产开发有限公司以人民币约16亿元的价格出售其在成都盛世经纬房地产投资有限公司的100%股权予万科中国的子公司。收购之后,万科将获得成都盛世经纬房地产投资位于新津县花源镇白云村的商住地块的开发经营权益。
On 2 August: Keppel Land China announced that the sale of 100% equity in Chengdu Shengshi Jingwei Real Estate Investment Co Ltd to China Vanke’s subsidiary for approximately RMB1.6 billion through its subsidiary, Hillwest Pte Ltd. After this acquisition, China Vanke will obtain the development and operation rights of the residential and commercial plots in Baiyun Village in Huayuan Town, Xinjin County.

Keppel acquires data center in Jiangmen, Guangdong
7月26日:吉宝数据中心房地产信托已和广东蔚海数据发展有限公司以及其母公司广东蔚海移动发展有限公司签署协议,以人民币6. 36亿元的价格收购位于广东省江门市的数据中心。该项目总建筑面积约2.06万平方米,为吉宝数据中心房地产信托首次在中国收购的数据中心。
On 26 July: Keppel DC REIT has signed an agreement with Guangdong Weihai Data Development Co., Ltd. and its parent company Guangdong Weihai Mobile Development Co., Ltd. to acquire the data center in Jiangmen, Guangdong Province at RMB636 million. The project has a GFA of approximately 20,600 sqm and it is the first data center that Keppel DC REIT acquires in China.

7月29日:北京卓睿物业管理有限公司竞得北京市朝阳区工体北路13号院3号楼1-4层及5幢不动产项目(世茂工三),成交价格为人民币16.45亿元。北京卓睿物业管理有限公司成立于2020年5月,为中植创信投资有限公司子公司。
On 29 July: Beijing Zhuorui Property Management Co., Ltd. won the 1st-4th floor, No.3 Building, No.13 Yard, Gongti North Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing and another 5 buildings (Shimao Gongsan), with a transaction price of RMB1.645 billion. Established in May 2020, Beijing Zhuorui Property Management Co., Ltd. was the wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhongzhi Chuangxin Investment Company.
深圳前海周大福金融大厦南塔完成整售
En-bloc sale of Chow Tai Fook Financial Tower in Qianhai completed
8月4日:深圳前海周大福金融大厦南塔完成网签,将在建成之后整体出售给世界五百强金融机构。该项目位于前海自贸区桂湾片区核心,南塔高约120米,总建筑面积超过49,000平方米,总售价超过32亿元人民币。
On 4 August: The South Tower of Shenzhen Qianhai Chow Tai Fook Financial Tower completed the online contract signing process and will be sold to the world's top 500 financial institutions after completion. The project located in the core of Guiwan District, Qianhai Free Trade Zone. The South Tower is about 120 meters high, with a GFA of more than 49,000 sqm, and a total transaction value of more than RMB3.2 billion.

ESR acquires ARA Group for US$5.2 billion
8月5日:亚太地区增长最快的物流地产平台ESR宣布斥资52亿美元收购亚太区领先的不动产资管公司ARA集团。交易后ESR将成为亚太区最大的由新经济驱动的不动产资管平台。新平台的资产管理规模将达到1,290亿美元,相当于亚太区第二大不动产资管平台的两倍以上,同时也将成为全球第三大上市不动产基金管理公司。
On 5 August: ESR, the fastest-growing logistics real estate platform in the Asia Pacific region, announced the acquisition of ARA Group, a leading real estate asset management company in the Asia Pacific region, for US$5.2 billion. After the transaction, ESR will become the largest real estate asset management platform driven by the new economy in the Asia Pacific region. The asset management scale of the new platform will reach US$129 billion, which is more than twice of the second largest real estate asset management platform in the Asia Pacific region. At the same time, it will also become the third largest listed real estate fund management company in the world.

On 22 July: GLP plans to establish a long-term strategic partnership with Fengtai District to build a new international industrial platform to support the "two-zone construction". It will also build an international digital intelligent manufacturing industrial park project with Fengtai District, providing a total area of 400,000 sqm.
