Lining acquires the office property of Kaiqiao Cultural Square in Shanghai

8月27日：李宁发布公告，其间接全资附属公司以约人民币10.34亿元收购位于长宁区在建项目凯桥文化广场的8个办公楼层及128个车位总计约1.74万平方米的建筑面积。收购完成之后，该物业将作为李宁的长江三角洲全球业务总部。

On 27 August: Lining announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary acquired eight office floors and 128 parking spaces with a total gross floor area of approximately 17,400 sqm in an under construction office complex, Kaiqiao Cultural Square located in Changning District for RMB1.034 billion. After this acquisition, the property will be used as Lining’s global business headquarter of the Yangtze River Delta.

中植系收购北京天圆祥泰大厦

The subsidiary of Zhongzhi acquires Beijing Tianyuan Xiangtai Tower

8月29日：中植系旗下中融信托收购位于北京亚奥区域的天圆祥泰大厦。天圆祥泰大厦地上30层，地下5层，地下商业面积约8,000平方米，写字楼单层面积约2,325平方米。中融信托在北京天圆祥泰置业有限公司的股份比例从54.58%增加到100%，从而完全持有了天圆祥泰大厦。

On 29 August: Zhongrong International Trust (ZRT), a subsidiary of Zhongzhi, acquired Beijing Tianyuan Xiangtai Tower in Asia Olympic Games area. The project has 30 floors aboveground and 5 floors underground, with an underground retail space of approximately 8,000 sqm and an office standard floor plate of approximately 2,325 sqm. ZRT raised its stake in Beijing Tianyuan Xiangtai Property Co., Ltd from 54.48% to 100%, and will hold 100% of the property.

京东拟收购中国物流资产部分股权

JD plans to acquire part of equity of China Logistics

9月3日：京东智能产业发展和中国物流资产控股有限公司联合公告，京东智能产业发展将要约收购中国物流资产9.165亿股股份，占中国物流资产已发行股本约26.38%，购买价为每股待售股份4.35港元，交易总代价39.9亿港元。

On 3 September: JD Smart Industry Development and China Logistics Holdings Co., Ltd. jointly announced that JD Smart Industry Development will acquire 916.5 million shares of China Logistics, accounting for approximately 26.38% of the issued share capital. The purchase price is HK$4.35 per share for sale. The total consideration of the transaction is HK$3.99 billion.

中芯国际在临港新建12寸生产线

SMIC set up a 12-inch production line in Lin-Gang

9月3日：中芯国际公告称，和中国(上海) 自由贸易试验区临港新片区管理委员会签署合作框架协议。中芯国际将和临港新片区共同成立合资公司，将规划建设产能为10万片/月的12英寸晶圆代工生产线项目，此次项目计划投资约88.7亿美元。

On 3 September: Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (“SMIC”) announced to enter into Cooperation Framework Agreement with China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Lin-Gang Special Area Administration. They will establish a joint venture, and plan to set up a production line with a capacity of 100,000 12-inch wafer per month. The investment for the production line project will be approximately US$8.87 billion.

宏发签约深圳市工改工城市更新项目

Hongfa signs a contract on an industrial urban renewal project in Shenzhen

9月2日：深圳市塘尾股份合作公司已与深圳市宏发投资集团旗下深圳市天禧禾投资发展有限公司就红塘片区城市更新项目合作开发正式签约。该项目是福海街道首个大型工改工城市更新项目,项目拟更新单元范围用地面积为311,281平方米。

On 2 September: Shenzhen Tangwei Co., Ltd. formally signed a contract with Shenzhen Tianxihe Investment Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shenzhen Hongfa Invest-ment Group, on an urban renewal project in Hongtang District. The project is the first large scale industrial urban renewal project on Fuhai Street, with a land area of 311,281 sqm under renewal.

华泰证券摘得深圳市前海片区商业用地

Huatai Securities acquires a commercial land in Qianhai District, Shenzhen

8月25日：华泰联合证券有限责任公司以人民币10.75亿元竞得深圳前海一宗商业用地。项目土地面积为5,830.93平方米，总建筑面积为62,800平方米。该地块要求竞买申请人须为深圳前海深港现代服务业合作区认定的综合型企业总部或金融企业总部。

On 25 August: Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd. acquires a commercial land in Qianhai District, Shenzhen, with a transaction price of RMB1.075 billion. The land area of the project is 5,830.93 sqm and the GFA is 62,800 sqm. The land requires applicants for bidding to be comprehensive enterprise headquarters or financial enterprise headquarters that are recognized by the Shenzhen Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone.
