The Mountain Thyme Trio是由三位在成都认识的好朋友组成的民谣乡村和流行乐队。班卓，尤克里里和声乐表演者Nelson从2011年开始在加州从事职业生涯，自2016年来到成都后，表演的风格多种多样，包括派克、爵士乐、流行音乐，现在还有民谣和乡村音乐。
后Faith组成了民谣乐队。Alec则是来自英国的歌手和吉他手，他在诺丁汉大学学习音乐，并在学校和大学期间以各种合奏形式表演。

Nelson has been a professional former since 2011 starting his career in Richmond, VA. He's lived in Chengdu since 2016 performing live in various styles including funk, jazz, pop, and now folk and country music. Vocalist Faith has a background in musical theater and performing flute in wind ensembles since middle school. Faith and her boyfriend, Nelson, have been a folk duo since 2019 and have since added their good friend Alec Grainger.
Alec is a singer and guitarist from the UK. He studied music at the University of Nottingham and performed in every available ensemble during his time at school and university. In 2014 he moved to China and has been performing as a solo artist and in ensembles regularly ever since. Mountain Thyme banded over their shared love of acoustic folk music and hopes to spark an Appalachian Americana appreciation in Chengdu through their harmonies and songs of yesteryear.
