陈立林,字墨言,号玺之,淄博市人,大学学历,现任中南海国礼艺术家,中国书法家协会会员、国际名人百科会员,中华文化艺术推广联合会会员、中国书画协会理事、中国书画学会副主席、中国书画研究院第四届副院长、中国文化艺术协会第三届副主席,享受国家津帖。曾在中国书协举办的书法高级研修班结业并拜李铎和欧阳中石为师,陈立林书法作品曾得到李铎老师的高度评价,并为陈立林书法题字。

陈立林几十年来翻阅学习了古今大量的书法名人字帖,数十年来苦练书法推崇拜二王,并兼学赵、颜、欧书体,经过长期历练现以写榜书着称,有天下一笔龙和一笔虎大作之称,一笔龙被多位将军收藏。行草为主,强调注精以专、会神与情、拈笔如风、锋出如神、行中有狂、草中含宋、洒脱自如、刚劲有力,其作品讲究浑厚雄健,字义相形,字如其人。

曾多次参加国内外书法大展,并受国内外国家领导人高度赞赏,其作品广为收藏。陈立林作品在全国书法大展比赛中多次获得金奖,并被载入《中国书法家大典巨着》、《中华民族魂书法大典巨着》等多部巨着。《龙马精神》8 尺榜书大字被北京人民大会堂收藏。作品还在美国、日本、韩国巡展并被美、日名家、企业家收藏。

多年来他不断传播中华民族的文化并热心于公益事业,捐赠善款、赞助困难学生,多次捐赠书法作品千余多幅,现场举办过多次书法捐赠活动。在淄博地区十几年来自愿为敬老院老人和社会上的老人书写榜书大红寿字和寿联千余幅。

2022 年陈立林老师作品润格被中国书画艺术品鉴定评估中心评为：国画 30000 元/平尺、书法 60000 元/平尺。

He has participated in many calligraphy exhibitions at home and abroad, and has been highly praised by national leaders at home and abroad. His works are widely collected. Chen Lilin's works have won gold awards in the national calligraphy exhibition competition for many times, and have been included in many masterpieces,such as the great works of Chinese Calligraphers and the great works of Chinese national soul calligraphy. The 8-foot list of the spirit of dragons and horses was collected by the Great Hall of the people in Beijing. The works are also touring the United States, Japan and South Korea and collected by famous artists and entrepreneurs in the United States and Japan.

Over the years, he has continuously spread the culture of the Chinese nationand is enthusiastic about public welfare undertakings. He has donated money,sponsored students with difficulties,donated more than 1000 calligraphy works for many times, and held many calligraphy donation activities on site. In Zibo area for more than ten years, more than 1000 red longevity words and longevity couplets have been written for the elderly in nursing homes and the elderly in the society.

In 2022, teacher Chen Lilin's work Runge was rated as 30000 yuan / square foot for traditional Chinese painting and 60000 yuan / square foot for calligraphy by the China calligraphy and painting art appraisal center.
