高明柱，1952年生人，中共党员，居北京。字敬之，号寻径斋，河南邓州人。书法家，诗人、国家高级书法师，中国非物质文化遗产传承人物。获艺术硕士学位，法兰西皇家美术学院艺术学博士学位。现为：中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会副秘书长，人民美术艺术家委员会委员、中国书法家协会、中华诗词学会会员、中国毛体书法家协会顾问，创建首批中国文化名人工作室：高明柱工作室，高明柱艺术馆。
作品均收录在《中国美术年鉴》《中国美术选集》《文化月刊》《艺术人生》《不忘初心》《故宫典藏》《人民美术》《艺术传承》《传世经典·大师风范》《艺术传承·中华名人书画作品鉴赏》《一代方家·九大名家艺术鉴赏》《中国金牌艺术家·经典十人集》《中华传世诗书画全集》《新中国诗词三百家》等。出版有《高明柱书法集》《高明柱艺术馆成立特别专刊》《一带一路高峰论坛·中国著名书法家高明柱》《中国近现代名家书法集》高明柱卷大红袍等专辑。
Gao Mingzhu, born in 1952, is a member of the Communist Party of China and lives in Beijing. Jingzhi is a native of Dengzhou, Henan Province. Calligrapher, poet, national senior calligrapher, inheritor of China's intangible cultural heritage. He received a master's degree in calligraphy and a doctor's degree in art from the Royal Academy of fine arts of France. He is now the Deputy Secretary General of the Calligraphy Art Research Association of the Chinese couplet Association, a member of the people's art and artists Committee, a member of the Chinese Calligrapher Association, the Chinese Poetry Society and a consultant of the Chinese hairy Calligrapher Association. He has created the first batch of Chinese cultural celebrity Studios: Gao Mingzhu studio and Gao Mingzhu Art Museum.

和平来之不易，无论是战火纷飞的岁月、艰苦卓绝的年代，还是和平发展的新时期，中国各行各业都涌现出很多人物，他们始终紧随时代脉动，高扬主旋律，根植生活沃土，将和平的理念传播传递到世界的各个角落。他们是名副其实的和平文化使者。
艺术是链接人与人之间的纽带，艺术无国界之分，它根扎在各自国度的土壤上。艺术还可以愉悦身心，陶冶情操，宣泄情感，是人们在生活中不可缺少的。任何艺术作品都是时代的产物，也是孕育我们感情的母亲。
我们有很多艺术家，通过手中的画笔热情讴歌和平，赞美和平，纵情抒发对和谐美好生活，真挚地用艺术为和平发声。
和平，是全人类共同的愿望。1950年11月，为纪念在华沙召开的世界和平大会，毕加索欣然挥笔画了一只昂首展翅的鸽子，著名智利诗人聂鲁达为画作取名“和平鸽”，和平鸽也因此被世界公认为和平的象征，毕加索也被尊为是“和平之父”。

1955年，著名中国画家齐白石被世界和平理事会授予年度“和平艺术奖”。白石老人曾感慨地说：“国际和平奖”的名誉能加在齐白石的名字上，这是我一生至高无上的光荣，也是给予中国人民的无上光荣。
