Since this year, Linyi County has given priority to the "whole process intelligent and electronic approval" of fire protection design review of construction projects, and has made every effort to create an approval mode of "digital declaration, key to key communication, and handling without meeting", reducing the paper materials to zero, realizing "zero window" for reporting, "zero door-to-door" for obtaining certificates, and the whole "paperless and intelligent" process.

Linyi County has opened a comprehensive window for investment and construction in the county-level government affairs service hall to promote the application of the approval platform for construction projects. All the approval services involving new and ongoing construction projects have been included in the platform for online handling. Construction units apply online, the approval department gets electronic certificates and review results in the industrial reform and drawing review system, automatically extracts key information in the materials, combined with the intelligent approval system, embeds the electronic seal in the electronic certificate of the Review Opinions on Fire Protection Design, for construction units to download by themselves to enhance the enterprise experience. Up to now, 16 construction projects have been benefited from the reform.

临邑县在县级政务服务大厅开设投资建设综窗，全面推广工程建设项目审批平台应用，所有涉及新办、在办工程建设项目的审批服务事项，全部纳入平台实行全流程网上办理，建设单位通过网上申报，审批部门在工改和审图系统调取电子证照和审查结果，结合智能审批系统自动提取材料中的关键信息，将电子印章嵌入《消防设计审查意见书》电子证照，方便建设单位自行下载，提升企业体验感。截至目前，16个建设项目已享受该项改革释放的红利。
