In June, the Work Program for 2022 Cost Budget Performance Management Pilot in Linyi County was formulated to make clear the ideas, specific tasks and schedule for the pilot work. The project now has been approved as a provincial cost-benefit analysis pilot project." said Wang Changlin, Chief of the Budget Performance Section of the Bureau of Finance.

Through the management of cost budget performance, the financial budget fund is reduced by 11.95%, which provides a scientific basis for the preparation of government procurement budgets in 2023. “我们通过分析现行预算分配体制，征求专家及各方意见，最终确定将延续类政府采购项目环卫管理运营项目及公共厕所维护管理项目作为试点。6月份，制定了《临邑县2022年成本预算绩效管理试点工作方案》，明确开展试点工作的思路、具体任务及时间安排。目前，该项目已获批省级成本效益分析试点项目。”财政局预算绩效科科长王长林介绍说。

通过成本预算绩效管理，财政预算资金压减率达11.95%，并为2023年政府采购预算编制提供科学依据。通过成本预算绩效管理，制定了支出标准6项，优化支出标准10项，环卫管理成本核算指标体系更加科学高效。
