Linyi County seizes the reform opportunity of expanding rural labor force employment integration to accelerate the expansion and quality improvement of public welfare posts in urban and rural areas, forming a fast and efficient pattern of integrated management, overall development, clear responsibilities and respective responsibilities. As far, Linyi County has developed 2,593 rural public welfare posts, all of which have been employed.

In order to provide the people with employment difficulties and the older unemployed persons with work in time, Linyi County has established a "1+N" post development model. "1" refers to focusing on the public welfare posts of urban and rural environmental sanitation integration, a total of 2,194 public welfare posts have been developed according to the standard of "one public welfare post for every 200 people in rural areas, and 10 public welfare posts for each township residence"; while "N" refers to the development of N characteristic posts according to work needs.

Linyi County regularly conducts training on professional ethics, safety protection, business skills and other knowledge for public welfare posts to improve their adaptability and professional skills. At the same time, Linyi County establishes a caring mechanism to protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees.

临邑县以开展扩大农村劳动力就业集成改革试点为契机,加快推进城乡公益性岗位扩容提质行动,形成一体管理、统筹开发,责任明确、各负其责的快速高效推进格局。截至目前,临邑县共开发乡村公益性岗位2593个,已全部上岗。

为让就业困难人员、大龄失业人员及时上岗,该县建立“1+N”岗位开发模式。“1”,即侧重城乡环卫一体化公益性岗位,按照“农村每200人安置1名公益性岗位、每个乡镇驻地安置10名公益性岗位”的标准,共开发2194个;“N”,即结合工作需要开发N个特色岗位。该县定期对公益性岗人员进行职业道德、安全防护、业务技能等知识培训,提高岗位适应能力和岗位专业技能。同时,建立关爱关怀机制,保障上岗人员合法权益。
