西门子官网正式宣布：商用车电驱动业务出售给美驰公司的交易于11月30日成功结束。2022年5月，西门子曾宣布签署合同，将商用车相关业务出售给美驰公司，购买价格约为1.9亿欧元（企业价值）。

西门子股份公司首席财务官RalfP. Thomas表示：“将商用车业务成功出售给美驰公司（现已成为康明斯的一部分），再次证明了西门子如何关注投资组合优化和最佳所有者原则。我们很自豪地发现美驰和康明斯是我们商用车业务的理想新所有者，以持续促进该部门的技术和增长故事。”

The sale of Siemens Commercial Vehicles business to Meritor closed successfully on November 30. In May 2022, Siemens had announced the contract signing to sell Commercial Vehicles business to Meritor, Inc. for a purchase price of around €190 million (Enterprise Value).

“The successful sale of our Commercial Vehicle business to Meritor, which has now become part of Cummins, is another demonstration of how Siemens focuses on portfolio optimization and the best-owner principle.
