干粉砂浆生产线系列设备生产线主要是由提升机、预混仓、小料仓、混合机、成品仓、包装机、除尘器、电控柜、气相平衡系统组成。水泥等大比例原料可通过人工计量经过提升机进入预混仓，纤维素、胶粉等小比例贵重母料可通过电子秤计量投入外加剂料斗，与简易型相比又先进一步因为混合机混合之后通过阀口袋包装机或者敞口袋包装机自动计量包装。

Dry powder mortar production line series equipment production line is mainly composed of elevator, pre mixing bin, small silo, mixer, finished product bin, packaging machine, dust collector, electric control cabinet and gas phase balance system. Large proportion of raw materials such as cement can be manually measured and enter the premixed warehouse through the elevator. Small proportion of valuable masterbatches such as cellulose and rubber powder can be measured and put into the admixture hopper through the electronic scale, which is a step ahead compared with the simple type, because after mixing by the mixer, they are automatically measured and packaged by the valve pocket packaging machine or the open pocket packaging machine.
