今天如何询问和汇报项目进度，以下表达你一定用得上！

询问项目进度

常用句式1：How are thing (going)?

事情进展如何？

后面可以加介词短语等，如：

How are things going with the presentation on the new product?

新品推介会准备得怎么样了？

How are things at the court?

法院那边的事怎么样了？

常用句式2：What's happening with ...?

……（的情况）怎么样了？

如：

What's happening with the market research survey?

市场研究调查的情况怎么样了？

常用句式3：Where are we with ...?

……的事怎么样了？

如：

Where are we with the advertising?

广告的事怎么样了？

汇报项目进度

常用句式1：We're ...

我们正在……

如：

What's happening with the redecoration？

重新装修的事怎么样了？

We're still painting the walls -- it'll take another day or so.

我们还在粉刷墙壁——还要一天左右。

常用句式2：We've finished/completed ...

……已完成。

如：

How's things at the factory?

工厂那边进展如何？

The equipments have been installed. We're currently doing quality checking.

设备安装已完成。我们目前正在进行质量检查。（注意这里使用了被动语态，时态依然是完成时。）

常用句式3：Everything's back on track.

一切都回到正轨（正确的方向）。

如：

Where are we with the advertising?

广告的事怎么样了？

We were short of hand in the beginning, but everything's back on track now.

一开始我们人手不足，但现在一切都回到了正轨。

【拓展】商务礼仪

在实际工作中，当我们向别人询问项目进展时，一定要记得加入一些礼貌的开场白并作出感谢。

如：

Hi, how are you?（问候）

Please can you spare a moment to ... / Could you please ... / I'd love to ... Would you mind ... (礼貌询问)

Many thanks. （感谢）
