这两天，多地一夜入冬，好些朋友都把压箱底的秋裤翻出来了。

在英文中，我们可以将秋裤称作long johns或long underwear。

长款内衣，也叫秋衣秋裤或保暖内衣（thermal underwear），是通常在寒冷天气穿的两件套长裤长袖内衣。人们一般把秋衣秋裤贴身穿。

一些词源学家（etymologist）认为，秋裤之所以被称为long johns，和19世纪末期美国家喻户晓的拳击手约翰·L·沙利文（John L. Sullivan）有很大关系。
