富春山居图是元代画家黄公望于1350年创作的纸本水墨画，中国十大传世名画之一。此画以横幅长卷的形式描绘了富春江两岸秀丽的山光水色。在群山环抱中，茅屋村舍参差其间，渔舟小桥错落有致。

The Dwelling in Fuchun Mountain is a paper-based ink painting created by the Yuan Dynasty artist Huang Gongwang in 1350, ranking among China's ten enduring masterpieces. The painting depicts the picturesque scenery along the banks of the Fuchun River in the form of a horizontal scroll. Amidst the surrounding mountains, thatched cottages and villages are scattered, with fishing boats and small bridges arranged in an aesthetically pleasing manner.

《富春山居图》从构思、动笔到绘制完成大约用了七年时间。黄公望为了画好这幅画，他终日不辞辛劳，奔波于富春江两岸，观察烟云变幻之奇，领略江山钓滩之胜，并身带纸笔，遇到好景，随时写生，富春江边的许多山村都留下他的足迹。深入的观察，真切的体验，丰富的素材，使《富春山居图》的创作有了扎实的生活基础，加上他晚年那炉火纯青的笔墨技法，因此落笔从容。

The creation of the Dwelling in Fuchun Mountain took about seven years from conception to completion. To paint this masterpiece, Huang Gongwang tirelessly traversed the banks of the Fuchun River, observing the ever-changing clouds and smoke, appreciating the beauty of the river and mountains, and carrying paper and pen to sketch whenever he encountered a captivating scene. Many villages along the Fuchun River still bear witness to his presence. Thorough observation, genuine experience, and abundant material enriched the creation of the Dwelling in Fuchun Mountain, providing a solid foundation in real life. Coupled with Huang Gongwang's masterful brushwork in his later years, the painting was executed with grace.
