天气预报

1、降雪：预计19日下午至20日上午，全市将有中到大雪，主体降雪时段为19日夜间，总降雪量5～8毫米（图1），新增积雪深度将超过5厘米；

2、寒潮：预计20日白天至22日全市将出现寒潮，降温幅度为12～16℃；21日早上和22日早上最低气温武川为-28℃左右、其余地区为-23℃左右，预计23日开始气温回升（图2）；

3、大风：预计20日白天和21日白天全市平均风力5～6级，阵风可达7级或以上。

影响与建议

1、降雪和强降温将造成道路积雪、结冰，对交通运输影响较大，需关注公路呼武段、S102、G209、S211等，建议交通部门提前部署防御工作，提醒公众注意出行安全；

2、风寒效果显著，人体感觉特别寒冷，公众户外活动需注意防风保暖，谨防感冒；

3、关注风雪寒潮对城市运行、设施农业等影响，建议加固户外广告牌、临建棚舍等，注意农业大棚保暖。
