In an effort to make getting around town easier for tourists and local residents, Shanghai’s intelligent transportation platform Suishenxing (随申行) offers tickets for unlimited rides on public transportation systems in Shanghai within one day, three days or seven days. These passes take the form of a QR code that allow the bearer unlimited trips on the city’s subways, buses and ferries. Now foreign passengers can buy tickets for unlimited rides on Suishenxing as well.

The one-day, three-day and seven-day tickets are now available in the English version of Suishenxing app, priced at 19.8 yuan, 47.8 yuan and 85.8 yuan. These tickets are expected to bring more benefits to users, not only local residents, but also tourists.

People can also activate and scan codes for up to two companions on the app, and they can also buy and use the favorable tickets for their families or friends. As long as the tickets are valid when users scan the code to get on buses and ferries, or enter Metro stations, they don't have to pay even if the passes are expired when they get off or exit.

Users having problems when using the Suishenxing app can call 4008200022 which provides English service from Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm.

Initiated by the local government, Suishenxing is the first metropolitan platform with multiple functions, including public transportation, taxi and car hailing, bike sharing and smart parking. Its original version came online in October 2022, operating based on Shanghai's Mobility as a Service (MaaS) system, which was developed by the state-owned Shanghai Mobility Service Technology Company.

为进一步向外籍人士提供便捷的公共交通出行服务，上海“出行即服务”（MaaS）平台“随申行” 联程日票（一日票/三日票/七日票）多元票制服务近日面向外籍人员开放。即日起，外籍旅客及在沪外国人均可通过“随申行”APP英文版，购买并启用“联程日票”，即可在有效时间内不限次乘坐上海地铁、公交和轮渡。详见↓

“随申行”是由上海市政府指导下推出的交通行业生活数字化转型“出行即服务”（MaaS）平台，致力于为本地市民及在沪外籍人士提供一站式绿色出行解决方案。“联程日票”(SH MaaS Pass)是由市交通委、市大数据中心指导，上海MaaS平台“随申行”协同本市申通地铁、久事公交、浦东公交等公共交通运营企业共同推出的上海市公共交通多元化票制试点产品，现已上线一日票、三日票、七日票等三种票制。

联程日票（一日票）：票价19.8元，启用后有效期24小时内公交、地铁、轮渡无限次使用；联程日票（三日票）：票价47.8元，启用后有效期72小时内公交、地铁、轮渡无限次使用；联程日票（七日票）：票价85.8元，启用后有效期168小时内公交、地铁、轮渡无限次使用。

联程日票的适用范围是哪些？

上海市内公交、轨道交通以及黄浦江轮渡（仅支持行人乘客，不包含非机动车乘客）。 不包括高速公路线（实行“‘一人一座’不允许乘客车厢站立”的线路）、机场线、旅游线、磁浮线、金山铁路、毗邻公交线路和三岛水上客运。

外籍人士如何购买并使用“联程日票”？

第一步：下载并注册“随申行”APP。在应用市场搜索相关关键词，“随申行/Suishenxing”（中文应用市场）或“SH MaaS”（海外应用市场App Store），下载“随申行”APP，APP支持切换中英文语言。新用户下载后，支持国内/境外手机号注册登录或第三方授权注册登录。注册登录过的用户，系统默认上次登录的语言版本。

第二步：完成认证，开通“随申码”（上海城市出行码）。新用户成功注册后，进入首页根据系统提示，点击“去开通”，填写实名信息并选择支付宝或微信绑定支付渠道。系统采用先乘车后付款的模式，车费将自动通过已绑定的默认支付渠道扣除。

认证成功后回到APP首页，将自动显示“随申码”（上海城市出行码）/Shanghai QR Code。用户可以使用“随申码”乘坐上海公交、地铁、轮渡，“一码通行”。

第三步：购买并启用联程日票。在“随申行”APP首页点击“Purchase the Shanghai MaaS Pass”,选择所需的票种，完成购买后可选择手动启用或返回上一页稍后启用。出行时，将联程日票乘车码页面对准公交、地铁、轮渡等闸机设备完成扫码，有效期内不限次乘坐公交、地铁、轮渡。

联程日票（一日票/三日票/七日票）同一账户同期仅可为本人购买一张电子票，账户内有未启用或未核销完的联程日票均不可进行重复购买，账户内联程日票失效或核销完成后方可购买新的联程日票。如，账户内有一张未启用或未核销完的一日票，将不支持用户同时购买新的一日票/三日票/七日票，用户需在一日票失效或核销完成后方可购买其他票种。

外籍人士如何为同行人购买“联程日票”？

在为本人购买联程日票时，支持同时选择添加为同行人购买，启用后主码与同行码都可以享受到联程日票的权益。特别注意的是，含同行人日票的联程日票订单，同时启用同时失效，不支持不同时间分别启用。
