The Role requires the Analyst to be a part of Corporates Credit Analysis Team in Guangzhou which supports Large Local Corporate in Hong Kong. In addition, the analyst would also be required to liaise with the business and locally with the supporting Departments which would enable him/her to carry out the duties.

1. Undertake high quality industry, competitor and client level analysis for Global Banking Relationship Management Team.
2. Analysis of financial documentation and supplemental data to support lending decision-making and recommending credit requests to appropriately meet business needs.
3. Preparing credit analyses in support of new and existing business relationships.
4. Personally develop and maintain strong working relationships with GB RMs/Associates along with executives in Risk to ensure that all risks to the business, financial and non-financial, are properly recognized and thoughtfully mitigated in proposals.
5. Communicate clearly with team members and other parts of Global Banking & Market as required.
6. Understand and comply with all relevant policies, FIM guidelines and procedures issued by the Group. Ensure that all work is delivered within agreed timeframes, PLAs and meets the required high quality standard.Pro-actively suggest and design improvements in process workflow, where applicable.

任职资格:
1. C.A./Masters in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent educaition background.
2. 2-5 years of credit, audit or relevant working experience in bank or corporate is preferred.
3. Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English, proficient in credit writing in English.
4. Highly proficient at Excel and Word.
5. Good command of credit analysis and financial knowledge.
6. Hard-working, organized, diligent and a good team player.
7. Good command of written and spoken Japanese would be a plus.
