非晶态金属配电变压器(AMDT)因其空载损耗低而在电网中得到广泛应用。许多学者对变压器绕组、分接开关等部件的故障检测进行了研究。然而,由于非晶态合金的高磁致伸缩特性,AMDT在运行过程中产生的振动会引起各种机械故障。本文通过空载试验研究了SCBH15-200/100AMDT的振动特性,以发现AMDT的一些机械故障。通过对AMDT磁密分布的有限元分析和模态分析,确定了振动传感器在AMDT中的安装位置,并对AMDT在不同工况下的振动进行了分析。利用小波包变换(WPT)对振动信号进行时域和频域的详细分析,得到各频段的能量特征值,包括正常和故障情况下的频谱和波形数据。在得到不同频段在不同条件下的能量特征阈值后,将测试数据与阈值进行比较即可检测工作状态。通过能量特征值可以准确地确定磁致伸缩引起的机械故障,如螺母松动和应力等。
Abstract
Amorphous metal distribution transformers (AMDT) are widely used in power grids due to their low no-load loss. Many scholars have carried out research on the fault detection of transformer windings, tap changers and the other parts. However, due to the high magnetostriction of the amorphous alloy, the vibration generated by AMDT during operation will cause various mechanical failures. This paper studies the vibration characteristics of SCBH 15-200/100 AMDT through no-load tests to find some mechanical failures of AMDT. The installation position of the vibration sensor in AMDT are determined according to finite element analysis (FEA) of the magnetic flux density distribution and modal analysis, and the vibration analyses are performed under different operating conditions of AMDT. The wavelet packet transform (WPT) is used to perform detailed analysis of the vibration signal in the time domain and frequency domain to obtain the energy characteristic value of each frequency band, and it includes the frequency spectrum and waveform data under normal and fault conditions. After obtaining the energy characteristic thresholds of different frequency bands under different conditions, the operating status can be detected by comparing test data with the thresholds. The operation condition including mechanical failures induced by magnetostrictive actions can be accurately determined by the energy characteristic value, such as loose nuts and stress, etc.

Daosheng Liuwas born in Jiangxi Province, China in 1976. He received PhD. degree from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China. During the period of 2016 to 2018, he joined the Zhejiang University as a post-doctoral. During the period of 1999–2010, he joined the Changzhou transformer factory, Zhixin Electric and Schneider electric of China, respectively, where he was engaged in designing of the high voltage transformers, AMDT and substation research and development. During the period of 2010-2012 he joined TBEA, where he was a vice chief engineer. Now, he is a professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, China. His main research interests are amorphous alloys transformer insulation and electromagnetic field calculation analysis. He is currently engaged in research on transformer dielectric insulation and experiment method of insulating materials.
Peng Liwas born in ShanXi Province, China in 1994. He received the B.S. degree in Lanzhou University of Science and Technology, China, in 2018. He is currently pursuing his master degree in high voltage technology at the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Jiangxi University of Science and Technology. His main research interest is the transformer fault vibration analysis and noise reduction.
Yijie Chenwas born in Jiangxi Province, China in 1997. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Applied Science College of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, China, in 2020. He is currently pursuing his master degree in high voltage technology at the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Jiangxi University of Science and Technology. His main research interest covers fault diagnosis of electrical equipment and new insulation materials.
