BACKGROUND

项目位于福州晋安，是东二环贵胄封面，奢阔的尺度一览室外绝佳园林美景，它犹如古董中的珍品般，稀缺指数已经爆表！

业主不惑之年，结合对客群的精准定位与居住需求的深度研究，在设计之初，给设计圈定了几个关键词，按照业主间的理想之家，敲定了现代简约，从情绪上，满足对生活以及工作所需的边界度，从体验上，满足长期审美的功能区域。

容纳万象

Accommodating Wanxiang

当你走进这个空间，会被那股简洁的力量深深吸引，被灯点亮的大理石墙，墙上的生态挂画，为空间的整体色彩增添了徐徐生机。

When you enter this space, you will be deeply attracted by the power of simplicity. The marble walls illuminated by lights and the ecological hanging paintings on the walls add slowly vitality to the overall color of the space.

整个空间相对来说是一个大的公共空间，承上启下了各种功能区域；客厅、餐厅、茶室、乃至生活阳台等空间，彼此独立又相互融合，不设明显的空间界限，但是加入了一些小巧思，在功能区域的细节上描绘出构成的关系，让各区间的过渡相对自然。

The entire space is relatively a large public space, connecting various functional areas; The living room, dining room, tea room, and even living balcony are independent and integrated with each other, without obvious spatial boundaries. However, some clever ideas are added to depict the relationship between functional areas in detail, making the transition between each section relatively natural.

为配合大尺度的空间进深，通过一组双面弧形沙发分离出餐厅与茶室区，重新的解构了公共区的内向关系，让整个场景丰富起来。

各矩阵排列之中，利用阳台自身的优势，通过比例的把控及色彩的搭配，分出了生活与休闲阳台，利用设计语言，将开放式小型泡茶区构建出无束缚的空间场域。

To complement the large-scale spatial depth, a set of double-sided curved sofas were used to separate the restaurant and tea room areas, deconstructing the inward relationship of the public area and enriching the entire scene.

In each matrix arrangement, utilizing the advantages of the balcony itself, through proportion control and color matching, the living and leisure balconies are separated. Using design language, the open small tea brewing area is constructed into an unbound spatial field.

摒弃了复杂多余的装饰，电视柜用双色拼接，白色弧形做整体造型，墨绿纹路大理石嵌入其中，黑色的板块做局部叠级形式的层面，加入空间，形成高级又不简单的背景造型，立体了整个空间的纵深记忆。

Abandoning complex and unnecessary decorations, the TV cabinet is designed with dual color splicing, with a white curved overall shape, and dark green patterned marble embedded in it. The black panels are used as local layered layers, adding space to create a high-end and not simple background design. A three-dimensional memory of the entire space.

外方内圆，对于生活的理解均汇集成圆，直线通顶的展示立柜，与收纳品在空间中悄然隐喻。

通过推门可根据日常饮食习惯自由进行空间功能的调整，餐厅的吊灯与座椅的色系搭配，让用餐的氛围活跃起来，处处充满了治愈的内向元素。

The understanding of life is integrated into a circle, with a straight display cabinet that connects to the top, and storage items quietly metaphorizing in the space. By sliding the door, space functions can be freely adjusted according to daily dietary habits. The color scheme of the restaurant's chandeliers and seats enlivens the dining atmosphere, filled with healing introverted elements everywhere.

空间的独立与共享，一直是全家生活的规划命题，两代人甚至三代人一起的生活，相处，除了亲密之外，也想要一些私密空间，那卧室就是给自己私人空间更多的规划之所；

The independence and sharing of space have always been a planning proposition for family life. Living and interacting with two or even three generations together, in addition to intimacy, one also wants some private space. The bedroom is a place for more planning of one's own private space;

卧室从居者自身出发，让洗漱与化妆衣帽的空间更大，休息空间则是增加一部分的收纳，并成了一个贯穿气息浓郁的起居空间；

纯白的背景墙形成独特的温润氛围，大理石飘窗与格栅注入了特别的美感；收纳柜体在中间起到了区域分离的作用，但不会阻挡其中的韵味。

The bedroom starts from the occupants themselves, giving them a larger space for toiletries, makeup, clothing, and hats, while the rest space adds some storage and becomes a living space that runs through the rich atmosphere;

The pure white background wall creates a unique warm atmosphere, while the marble bay windows and grilles inject a special sense of beauty; The storage cabinet plays a role in separating areas in the middle, but it does not block the charm inside.

将空间的收纳留给了物，留白留给了人，次卧的设计巧妙的在视觉上做到了隐匿与拼接，咖啡格栅板与纯白柜门中都是储物的空间，让空间看起来少，实则又符合家中长辈与孩童的生活需求；

The storage of space is left for things, and the space is left for people. The design of the second bedroom cleverly achieves concealment and splicing visually. The coffee grille panel and pure white cabinet door are both storage spaces, making the space look small and actually meeting the living needs of elders and children in the home;

悬空的床头柜，衣柜边的开放格，无论是功能还是视觉，都是承接主卧的感觉。侧面的小型飘窗，超大的玻璃，为室内引入充足的日光。

The hanging bedside table and the open grid next to the wardrobe, both in terms of functionality and visual appeal, provide the feeling of a master bedroom. The small bay windows on the side and the oversized glass introduce sufficient sunlight into the interior.

设计师想要为每个居者提供相对舒适的环境与更多属于自己的展示空间，简单、高级，无论是填充学习还是工作亦或者是休憩，都能有个性却不突兀的个人色彩，来成为时光的痕迹，传递美好的内向感悟。

Designers want to provide each resident with a relatively comfortable environment and more display space that belongs to them. Simple and advanced, whether it's filling for learning, work, or leisure, they can have a personalized but not abrupt personal color, to become a trace of time and convey beautiful introverted insights.
