狍子学名叫东方狍或者西伯利亚狍、狍鹿。作为鹿又有点狗，中国人都管他叫“傻狍子”。
Paozi, also known as the Eastern roe deer, Siberian roe deer, or roe deer. As it resembles both deer and dogs, Chinese people affectionately call it "silly paozi".
狍子是鹿科当中体型中小的成员，分布在东欧、中亚和中亚等温带地区。在中国，狍子主要活动于东北地区。

狍子脖子长，耳朵大，毛茸茸的，可以灵活听到不同方向的声音，后腿比前肢长，体长通常可以到达1米46，当傻狍子换上冬毛，浑身就毛茸茸的，毛毛非常厚实，这个毛色就和卡皮巴拉的颜色非常像。两颊圆鼓鼓的，眼神清澈又蠢蠢的。
Paozi has a long neck, large ears, and a furry body, which can flexibly listen in different directions. Its hind legs are longer than its front legs, and its body length can usually reach 1.46 meters. When the "silly paozi" puts on its winter coat, it becomes very fluffy and thick, resembling the color of a capybara. Its cheeks are round and its eyes are clear yet naive.
当夏季来临，傻狍子的毛色会呈现红棕色，腹部是奶油色，还有一个白花花的屁股。狍子吃600多种食物，它主要是生活在森林和草原，可以灵活的在森林里穿梭。跳跃距离可以到达15米，可以忍受零下60度的低温。狍子到底傻不傻呢？其实就是好奇行比较强而已，如果狍子受到了惊吓，屁股会炸毛。
As summer approaches, the color of the "silly paozi" turns reddish-brown, its belly becomes creamy, and it has a white bottom. Paozi consumes over 600 types of food, primarily living in forests and grasslands, moving flexibly through forests. It can leap up to 15 meters and endure temperatures as low as minus 60 degrees Celsius. So, is the paozi truly silly? It's just particularly curious; if startled, its bottom fluffs up.
