颈内动脉解剖（1）八种分段方式详解|artery|carotid|感受器|血管|颈内动脉|颈动脉

颈内动脉（internal carotid artery，ICA）是自颈总动脉（common carotid artery，CCA）分叉处发出，最终分为大脑前动脉和大脑中动脉两个末端分支。主要为大脑前循环供血。

大体解剖结构

颈总动脉（common carotid artery，CCA）左侧起源于主动脉弓，右侧起自头臂干（又称无名动脉）。CCA分叉形成ICA和颈外动脉（external carotid artery，ECA）。ICA的起始部有一个扩张称为颈动脉球或窦（carotid bulb or sinus），是颈动脉体（carotid body）的位置。颈动脉窦作为血压变化的压力感受器，而颈动脉体则作为检测酸碱紊乱的化学感受器。

多数情况下颈总动脉分叉发生在C3-C5椎体水平，或舌骨和甲状软骨上缘之间水平。双侧分叉水平可能不对称。血管发育变异等不在此展开讨论。

分段

基于外科手术和介入治疗的考虑，许多学者提出了ICA的分段系统。按提出的时间顺序排列（名字是我瞎起的，别认真记）：

目前应用最广泛的是Bouthillier七段法，其他的了解下就好。
