【Body 1】

We can see thatthe villagemainly occupied a triangular place.In 1910,there wasa large housein the center, with some treessurrounded nearby.To the south, a grocery store, a house and a bakerwere locatedon the northern side ofHigh Street,just oppositeanother two group of houses. This streetintersected withSchool Road and London Road.On the former road, a butcher shop was builtin the middle,witha schoolconstructedto the southand a housing unitsitedto the north.However, apart from a post officeon the intersection withSchool Road,there wereno other facilities on London Road.

Subsequently, remarkable changes had taken place to this villageafter 100 years. The previous large house and surrounding treesin the centerwere removed to make way fora newly built branch roadleading to London Road,withsome housesdistributedon both sides.Noticeably,4 units of housinghad been constructedon the northern side ofLondon Road.On the south ofHigh Street,we can see the addition oftwo groups of houses,whereasa Cafehad taken up the place ofthe former facilitieson the opposite side.In terms ofSchool Road,althoughthe initial school and post officeremained unchanged, the previous butcher shopwas transformed intoa supermarket, and a separate parking space was available for customers.To the north of it, a bankwas added on the original site ofhouses.
