上午9点50分，公祭大典正式开始。
公祭大典有全体肃立、起乐，击鼓鸣钟，恭读祭文，鞠躬敬祭，乐舞告祭，敬献花篮、谒庙拜祖6项仪程。

第十四届全国人大常委会副委员长雪克来提·扎克尔，第十四届全国政协副主席、台盟中央主席苏辉，国务院港澳事务办公室副主任周霁、国务院港澳事务办公室四局副局长陈伟，国务院台湾事务办公室交流局副局长、一级巡视员李京文，中共甘肃省委书记、省人大常委会主任胡昌升，省委副书记、省长任振鹤，省政协主席庄国泰等领导和嘉宾参加公祭大典。

International News Report: Grand Ceremony Honoring Fuxi, the Ancestor of Chinese Civilization, Held in Tianshui on June 21
On the morning of June 21, the grand ceremony honoring Fuxi, the ancestor of Chinese civilization, was held at Fuxi Square in Tianshui City. The event was hosted by the Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office of the State Council, the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, and the Gansu Provincial People's Government, and organized by the Tianshui Municipal People's Government.
The ceremony commenced at 9:50 AM with a series of traditional rites, including a solemn stand by all attendees, the initiation of ceremonial music, drum and bell tolling, reading of the sacrificial text, bowing and paying respects, musical and dance performances, offering of flower baskets, and ancestral temple worship.
Notable attendees included Shohrat Zakir, Vice Chairman of the 14th National People's Congress Standing Committee; Su Hui, Vice Chairman of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Taiwan Democratic Self-Government League Central Committee; Zhou Ji, Deputy Director of the Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office of the State Council; Chen Wei, Deputy Director of the Fourth Bureau of the Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office of the State Council; Li Jingwen, Deputy Director-General and First Inspector of the Exchange Bureau of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council; Hu Changsheng, Secretary of the Gansu Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and Director of the Standing Committee of the Gansu Provincial People's Congress; Ren Zhenhe, Deputy Secretary of the Gansu Provincial Committee and Governor of Gansu Province; and Zhuang Guotai, Chairman of the Gansu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, among other leaders and guests.
