一方面，数据显示，中国新能源汽车的主要市场在国内，2023年中国新能源汽车出口量（120.3万辆），仅占新能源汽车销量的13%。

On the one hand, data show that the main market for Chinese new energy vehicles (NEVs) is domestic. In 2023, China exported 1.203 million NEVs, accounting for only 13 percent of total NEV sales.

另一方面，中国新能源汽车在海外市场受欢迎，并不是因为价格低，而是因为质量优，性价比高。很多电动汽车的海外售价比国内价格高，但仍受国外消费者的欢迎。

On the other hand, the popularity of Chinese NEVs in overseas markets is not due to low prices, but rather their high quality and good value for money. Many electric vehicles are sold at higher prices overseas than domestically, and yet they remain popular with overseas consumers.

其次，对于产能是否过剩的判断，一方面，要立足新能源汽车产业发展阶段；另一方面，要从全球市场需求和未来发展潜力来看，要动态地看、理性地看。

国际能源署等多家国际机构都预测，未来十年，全球新能源汽车市场规模将持续快速扩大，远超中国和全球新能源汽车现有产能。
