多个区县的公告显示，因持续晴热高温天气，为切实保障中小学(幼儿园)师生生命安全和身体健康，2024年秋季学期中小学(幼儿园)正式开学时间调整至9月9日，同时各学校将持续做好开学准备，加强家校沟通，强化安全教育，确保平安稳定开学。

重庆市气象台30日11时10分 发布“高温红色预警”（ red alert for high temperatures）， 这也是重庆连续10天 发布“高温红色预警” 。

据四川省气象台，未来几天，四川高温天气继续控场。预计直至9月6日之前，盆地大部皆以晴热天气为主。

因持续高温影响， 四川自贡、南充、遂宁、泸州、 乐山、眉山、资阳等地 宣布延迟开学。

气象专家提醒，川渝地区的高温短期内难以缓解，公众需继续做好防暑降温措施。老人小孩等体质较弱人群，避免午后高温时段出行，各地区同时应注意城市和森林防火。
