On September 4, the 2024 Summit Forum on China-Africa Cooperation Press Center held a briefing, introducing the cooperation with Africa of Hunan Province and answering questions from journalists. According to the briefing, Hunan Province's total import and export volume with Africa reached 55.67 billion RMB in 2023, maintaining its position as the eighth largest in the country and the first in the central and western regions, with an average annual growth rate of 23.1% in the past three years.
