The National Day holiday period is a peak travel and tourism season in China. About 2.008 billion cross-regional trips were made in China during the seven-day National Day holiday, according to the preliminary statistics of the Ministry of Transport.
In terms of the civil aviation, civil aviation is expected to send a total of about 16 million passengers during National Day holiday, an average of 2.303 million people per day, an increase of 11.27% over the average day of the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday in 2023.
