君子要施恩惠给属下，切忌到处膨风，自命清高，吹牛成性。

下绘干卦，代表天。

一只脚抓住夬，下定决心，36计，走为上策！

The phenomenon that the marsh is over the heaven is Hexagram Guai.Therefore, the gentleman should give benefits to the subordinates and avoid showing off his virtues .(Yi Jing) (Guai)
