Qingxu County in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province is famous for its waters despite being inland. As the birthplace of Shanxi Vinegar and one of the grape-producing areas in China, both Qingxu's vinegar-making craftsmanship and wine industry benefit from the local high-quality water resources.

In 2022, the Qingyuan Shuicheng project was launched. With a clear positioning of becoming a "youth-friendly city", professional institutions are hired for development. During the National Day holiday, various activities are held. Qingxu County takes Qingyuan Shuicheng as the center to drive local economic development and empower local vinegar and grape industries, as well as boost cultural tourism and overall economic progress.
