职位描述

①Lead the design of the goals and implementation roadmap of the ERGO brand strategy in China, to strengthen the brand image and enlarge ERGO’s exposure in market.

领导并设计安顾中国在华品牌战略目标和落地方案，强化品牌形象、提升市场曝光度；

②Lead to unify the brand awareness and behavior of ERGO China and its affiliates - Build up the brand image via compelling messages, various communications and activities, as well as communications channels to increase market’s recognition of the ERGO brand.

负责“安顾中国”及其关联公司的品牌一致性：组织宣传活动、通过多种传播渠道，树立企业品牌形象、并提高同行业市场中的品牌认知度；

③Lead the communication work / strategy / policies / processes to have “one voice” and “one ERGO brand” with ERGO China and Group strategy and standards.

负责传播战略及制度的制定、流程完善，使传播工作符合安顾中国和集团战略标准，确保对外信息的一致性和统一的安顾品牌形象；

④Lead crisis management and work with internal and external stakeholders to proactively address issues with effective / efficient processes and messages.

⑤Provide branding and communications services to affiliates, to support affiliates’ strategic marketing and strengthen their brand image.

①10+ years of work experience with branding and communication experience, with financial services background.

精算经理

职位描述

①Complete Group IFRS 17 financial reporting with the following tasks on regular basis：

- Perform data preparations and the input files for Group central platform.

- Perform validation tools and necessary tests, calculation and valuations.

-Conduct operational work of actuarial data reporting and business analysis.

完成集团IFRS17相关财务报表，包括但不限于：

-为集团中心平台进行数据准备和文件录入。

-负责数据复核，包括必要的测试、计算和评估。

-负责出具精算数据报告、及业务分析的相关工作。

②Support Group planning and forecasting processes by providing insights, reviewing and aligning the central function in financial analysis of Group consolidation reports.

③Participate in solvency II calculations for Group QRT template and other requirements.

参与完成集团的QRT报告及集团Solvency II的相关内容，以及领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求

①8+ years of professional work experience in valuation of technical provision in insurance industry.

拥有8年以上保险估值相关专业领域的工作经验；

②Bachelor’s degree and above, in mathematics, actuarial, statistics, or other related majors.

大学本科学历及以上，数学、精算、统计学或其他相关专业；

③Sound accounting know-how with office and data analysis software, experience with IFRS 17 standards is a plus.

熟练使用办公软件和数据分析软件，熟悉IFRS 17会计准则者加分；

④Project management skills in timeline focusing, cross functional collaboration and problem-solving attitude.

具备项目管理技能，较强的流程管理，跨部门协作和解决问题的能力；

⑤Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and oral.

①Actively contribute to the development of the annual audit plan and the strategy for developing the Internal Audit Unit.

积极参与制定年度审计计划和内审部门的发展战略；

②Keep up to date with the industry, professional and regulatory requirements, including identifying areas of emerging practice. Deliver ideas and plans that help improve the quality and effectiveness of internal audit processes.

紧跟行业、专业和监管要求，包括识别新兴实践领域。提供有助于提高内审质量和效率的方案；

③Execute audit assignments based on the annual internal audit plan by utilizing international audit standards and Group Audit best practice tools and processes to evaluate compliance with applicable laws, regulations as well as group and local guidelines.

根据年度内审计划执行审计工作。利用国际审计标准和集团审计最佳实践工具和流程，对适用法律、法规以及集团和当地指导方针的遵守情况进行评估；

④Evaluate test results: accurately identify symptoms, root cause, problems, and identify alternative controls.

⑤Facilitate and track the implementation of agreed measures and provide guidance to management to develop pragmatic plans that will mitigate risks.

任职要求

①10+ years of work experience with audit and especially group audit experience, with financial services background.

10年以上审计工作经验，特别是集团审计工作经验，具备金融行业经验；

②Preferably experience with insurance or top agencies.
